Had to dodge a ranked game because of "Retrieving data from server bug."

Now i have to wait 30 mins to play another game. I also had to dodge another ranked some hours ago after which I needed to wait another 30 mins, because I had an alistar who went ghost smite even though we had a jungler. What's this, an early beta game ?

I just had to dodge a game because Rengar wasnt available but every other free week champ was, so i couldnt play him? it caused me a 30 minute wait timer
