Evelynn Hate Spike PBE adjustment?????

I saw the PBE Udate and evelynn is getting nerfed. The ult buff is nice since they changed they way slows stack helps group utility. In 5.7 the wanted to return some power so they buffed Hate Spike now they what to nerf it below what it was in 5.6. I would like to know why?

Because, with runeglaive, a couple people started playing Eve again.

Warrior reverted, Runeglaive's passive was changed and the question is-why Eve's nerfs are still on the table?!

I don't even understand why Riot tries to nerf her damages.

Because lol, Evelynn is played TANK in LCS.

TANK. Because if she buys damages, she'll falls late game and die instantly.
