Please take a second and give feedback on Olaf

If this is TLDR just give your thoughts on Olaf's current state in the jungle or top lane

I'm a returning player who had his main acct banned (another story) and when I came back I was surprised at how little new champions had been released in the time I was gone. So I know now that it's because many champions have been reworked a bit. I was surprised to see that out of the many games I have played and watched how little I have seen of Olaf, I mean the guy is almost like a ghost. This is pretty disappointing to me because he has some of the best skins (to me) with Brolaf and pentakill. I'm unsure if it's because he lost a lot of power in his rework which it doesn't seem like it was that bad or the fact that there seems to be a much larger viable jungler pool atm then there was before. So I decided to take him for a spin and he definitely feels lacking in comparison to what used to be never seen in the jungle (pantheon). I'm trying to put some work into him and see if I can find a build and style that works better because it really has been a long time since I played with the guy. He still seems to have a nice clear with his axe and also permaslow with his axe but doesn't seem to be as tanky at lower hp like he was before. Do we think Olaf is headed for a rework, does he just need some buffs or is it just the current meta that may change with the new jungle changes?
