As an avid Akali lover, I have to admit that she's kinda broken.

WARNING : INCOMING OPINION!!

Trust me, I love Akali, character, kit, everything, shes that one champ that I first grew a huge liking to. But she's able to snowball waaaaaaay too easily. All of her damage is pretty much granted 100% due to pretty much all of her attacks being point-and-click, and being an assassin her damage output is huge, so that's kinda a problem. She shouldn't have that much burst with that much un-dodge-able attacks. Even a failing Akali can easily come back just by roaming, and her spellvamp passive doesn't help with her broken-ness either.

Same, I love Akali but she is really quite strong. Her Q should be more risk/reward than a poke that can be constantly spammed. Her ult and shroud define her, so we can't remove those. But nerf them a bit, maybe a new passive, and she's much more balanced.

They could rework Q and or E to make them more skill reliant by making them skill shots or something? I am not sure what else you could do to make them more skill reliant then point and click

We could just lower gunblades spellvamp to 10% while increasing the ap and ad it give. 20% is a lot and it annoys people while being hard to identify. The current nerfs on akali have made her clunky and quite un-ninja.
