Mordekaiser needs one buff to make him relevant again
All he needs is a 35-50 % slow on his e so he can be good because at the moment all though he does lots of damage it is almost impossible to secure a kill if they dont suck

Yeaah but then they'd have to nerf his sustain and damage.

Mordekaiser doesn't really need buffs. He's underplayed, which means his winrate tends to be above 50% since only dedicated mains play him often. If he were played more, I'd guess he'd be around 49-50%. It's not that he's weak, just that his playstyle only appeals to certain people.
