The buff yasuo needs

Change it so his windwall absorbs all damage it takes then shoots it back at a 100% to the last person that hit it this would be in magic or true damage, true damage would prob be a better buff. cause right now yasuos pretty weak they should also allow him to dash on his own minions champs and wards this would make yasuo in a good place tell me your thoughts
