AR URF? You sure?

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask if everyone is having the same issue with me in URF. Recently, I have noticed I have been getting the same 9 champions about, with a few lucky trades from my team. I don't think URF is random, and even with my friends we get the same champions. Anyone else?
