What is an Evelynn?

Hey everyone. I was an Evelynn main in season 5, and slowing coming back to League more and more since. I honestly love Evelynn with all my heart, but today I wanted to address what her actual powers are capable. First things first, Evelynn is a demon. I know she is part of some of the older champions, her being a spirit that lurked Runeterra. So I want to know, how strong Evelynn is really is? Her bio and short story do not reveal a lot, although I do notice that several times it states Evelynn being in a human form to seduce men. Does this mean Evelynn's form on the rift is her true demon form? She wouldn't allure men in that forum I'd presume as in her bio it says every time she tried changing herself she'd look more monstrous. But, if this is her true demon form it isn't all that powerful looking. I was wondering if anyone had more insight on what her power capabilities are.

Her demon shade (stealth) is her true form. That is how she would naturally be; a shadowy entity, most likely maintaining a human shape in order to easily switch back and forth between stealth and human forms. Whenever she's in her human form, she conjures flesh in order to seduce or inflict pain on people. In game her base skin human form is partly demonic with visible lashers and moving shadows covering her body. I don't think her base human form is what she would use to seduce people. Tango skin is probably closer what she would use. The base human form is most likely her "combat form" which she uses to torture her prey.

How powerful is she? She states in game that she has had dragons... I'd say shes very powerful, as are all demons. Don't get this wrong, they probably don't have brute strength to conquer armies but they certainly can wither down their enemies by other means. They are more cunning than brutish.

And for all we know demons could be invulnerable. The only way to get rid of them might be to seal them away like how the demon in Noxus was (and currently within Swain).

In a sense, yes, that is her "true" demon form.

That said, she was sort of just mist before misery and torment awakened her and changed into a full fledged demon with years of absorbing other's pain.

The demon form is when she is not trying to seduce someone. She mastered the art of forming her shape into fully human to be able to seduce (as read in the short story).

Her motivations are simply to "feel". As the "lack of feeling" was miserable for her. And to feel, she gets it from other people's pain. Her tactics are through other human's willingness to "have" her, which is why she doesn't necessarily need to look brutish to have her victims fall into her lap.

Despite her petite demon form, her splash shows us that she is able to lock a human onto the ground with ease, so she does have physical strength greater than your average person, if not more.

With the quote of "One touch, with desire...is all I need", tells us that she binds her victims to her through physical touch + lustful intentions. Like Tahm Kench, she lures in people with promises, feeding into people's lack of willpower (Tahm is greed, Eve is lust) in order to have them dig their own graves. That is how they get their rocks off, so to speak. Tahm is despair through a person's greed/misfortune, while Eve is despair through a person's lust over everything else (e.g. family, job, etc).

Not all demons need to look bulky or have OP OP powers. It makes it more interesting to see different sizes and shapes, as well as their own motivation on why they do things.

Shes a succubus, in a league universe . A deamon, but nowhere near invincible or a part of nature or galaxy, like say Sol, who chreated the danm universe .
