Is there a jungle rework coming for the next season? I've been watching challenger player Metaphor who stayed in Korea for a month to increase his quality of gameplay and there is an increasing theme of the impact of jungle role to not determine games as a win or loss. As a jungler myself for the past three seasons having a serious impact on the game holds no value at this current state. You could camp every lane, get every objective and have your laners lose because it comes down to mechanics. I found this very true as Metaphor has the same issue, and many others labeling jungle as a dead role. I've transitioned for mid for the time being. ProGuides did a whole video as well as labeling what is wrong with the jungle as of now and is very insightful because it uses past seasons for analysis. My question is that is there any evidence or explicit wording from Rioters that there will be a jungle change upcoming for the season?

Yes there is To what extent, no one knows, but they said they've heard what people are saying and will be making changes to the jungle during preseason. I can find the tweet if you'd like, but they don't actually go in to any detail.

Jungle needs a lot of work. As a jungle main myself its rather said that I am forced to gank 24/7 or be broke as fuck and not be able to purchase any items. Buff jungle camp spawn times, and let them grant more gold than they do now so they can choose between farming it out or ganking.
