Sometimes I feel like there's nothing I can do.

While laning against Riven with some champions, I feel like nothing I can do to stop her. It's mostly trying not to die, but that just make her free farm for 10 min. Even when it's 2x1 she can still escape with no problems at all.

Lvl 1 she has 3 Q with short CD, high mobility and considerable damage. Lvl 2 she has safe harras with her 3x Q and stun, Lvl 3 she has fast safe harras with stun.

Sure with some champions I can win the lane, bully her out or even stomp her, but not always you can chose your matchup, and when you got a bad matchup against Riven you feel useless.

I want to know, why? Why her kit feels so overloaded.. why short CD with no cost?? Why a shield??

When she uses her full combo don't back away go after her because all she can do is auto attack for the next 7 seconds. If you have poke or you have sustain try to force trades because her hp/5 is pretty garbage.
