Remove Chat Box

Here are the facts of this game. The chat box while rationalized initially to exist for strategy purposes is completely useless in this game. Every pro in the world will tell you that the ONLY reason the chat box exists is for people to flame. Real communication by skilled players in this game is either done in voice chat or through pings. Not 1 single pro types in chat to speak of strategy. Which means the chat box is effectively the worst thing to have here. If you must have it have it before and after the game, but there is absolutely no logical reason to have it IN the actual game.

On a side note if you remove the chat box your toxicity in this game will drop by 80%.

I second this, I Got Banned from chatting once in game or given Limited chat ability, best Games I had. I kind of wish Everyone had a Minor Chat ban to make people Worry about how often they Chat or what they say in a match.

if it where me, I'd make Global Chat Limited, but make it easier to Send Private Messages, and if make it so the Mute button Can block Private messages so if People feel the Need to be social. or Maybe if you start Flaming or Say certain censoring Things you automatically Get a Friendly CHat restriction that says you can Type 30 more things this game or something (without riot punishing you for being mad)

or Maybe add a Report function in Game that Flags you as being Toxic which Limits what you Can say to 30 Types that Game. NOn of this I think should punish you in any way other then reducing your ability to Flame.
