question about loading screen

are champ mastery badges for enemy team hidden now? i have a team of lvl 6-7 mastery and get shat on by a team with no mastery... and i havent seen ANY enemy mastery flags for a couple patches now,

having them hidden gives you a false sense of security thinking your team is better
