Something needs to be done about the Duo Queue issue. In over 200 matches, every time there is a couple of players who decides to duo queue and starts off with "duo bot", it's nearly 100% lose rate. It's like Riot decided to give extra MMR to those duos and matches the rest of the team against much better players. The worst part is when the 'Duo' starts feeding and reports anybody for verbal abuse when they say "stop feeding".
Riot did do something about the Duo Queue problem. They stopped websites from telling you when people were in a party together.
More often than not the perception of the duo queue is the problem. Many duos are not the bot lane pair, they're split up in multiple lanes. You've probably played with far more duo pairs than you realize, but you only remember the trolls who pointed it out to you then made life miserable.
