Giving duo queues the power to double report people for no reason at all makes no sense. I've never had a good experience playing with duos. They always demand duo bot lane no matter what pick order they are in and whenever they lose their lane, they blame the jungle or mid for not ganking.
Quite frankly, a person who wants to throw blame when they lose would just blame the ADC/support if they were soloqueued. Having a duo on your team should be an immense advantage. Surprisingly, it'd be more beneficial were they say, jungle and mid, but communication in the bottom lane can be an asset for your team, as well. If you're doing something that deserves a report, you should receive over two. If you're not, then you should have absolutely nothing to worry about.
