The genius that gave Bard the ability to make enemies go into Zhonya state, great job. Every single game, you have immature people intentionally ulting the enemies when they are just about to die.
Not only does your "Tribunal" do absolutely nothing, but you continuously promote griefing and harassing.
Let's take away everybody's right to voice their opinions and give the bullies more tools to piss people off.

This champion just came out, of course there is going to be jerks playing this champ like that. Need i mind you Kalista as well has a "troll" ult? i have seen countless time where she would ult someone just to steal kills, or make it so others cant get kills. i dont get why these two champs are so different despite them having basically the same troll based ultimate!
