Ryze should be able to root Darius every single time and if Darius decides to E at the exact same time, Darius' E should NOT LAND. This is a BUG. Ryze's range is farther. I've tested it a ton, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. these inconsistencies should NOT exist. please fix. thanks. the 90%banrate champ should have a counter.

One inconsistent W range leads to me getting chunked for half my HP when using correct mechanics. forces me to CS under tower for the duration of the lane, easily getting dove. It's just really messed up and yes I'm salty. 50units of range should not be give-or-take. it should be what it is. 600vs550. he gets rooted, apprehend doesn't land.
You have to take into account of your hitbox.
