There is a mute button, why are people allowed to afk and troll w/ no repercussions?

there is a mute button, no? why do they not mute me? why are they allowed to constantly fucking troll, afk, 4 man queue toxicity that RIOT created, and I AM AT FAULT for being annoyed and frustrated by not being able to play a SINGLE NORMAL FUN GAME without TROLLING OR AFKS? i've spent $400 on this game in champions and skins. just give me my account back with a permanent chat ban, I have no self control when it comes to people literally terrorizing me online.

Riot requires you to have some. You cannot expect Riot to accommodate your lack of self control.

Report people who are trolling or are displaying poor behavior. THAT. IS. IT. Insulting them does nothing to stop whatever they're doing. In fact, insulting them often encourages them to do something that you don't like.

Totally nothing to do with your punishment. Spending money doesn't grant you a "Ban Immunity" account status.

I know you were talking crap simply because you want other people to hear what you say, since your goal here is to make them feel bad. I know when you get permachat ban & there's a time where you will have a bad game similar to this, and there's no way to talk crap, you will use Intentional Feeding as a last resort.

So yea, a permaban is a lot easier.
