Quinn gets this ridiculous blind that you can't see anything out of for like 5 seconds, and Teemo just shoots a little dart in someone's eye but they can still see everything. #Fairness
Teemo's blind is targeted and on top of that does more damage than any of the other blinds in the game. Graves and Quinn's blind never compare in damage, but it's also a different kind of blind. Teemo's blind stops all basic attacks from hitting (teemo op, just had to say it) Graves and Quinn's blinds do NOT stop you from landing basics.
Graves and Quinn's blind are more vision-based, while Teemo's is ability/attack-based.
Would be neat so he can be slightly more viable in mid lane by blinding enemy champions that are ability based than auto attack based.
But the blind is fine for now, unless Riot decides to swap the effects, removing Teemo's uniqueness.
If Teemo gets the nearsight effect some other parts of his kit will have to be changed. If he gets nearsight his cheese with his passive will be too toxic. To make him fair his Q damage will gave to be gutted so it becomes utility only. This will make AP Teemo a lot weaker so he will need other parts of his kit buffed to make his damage relevant.
Also he will not counter other AA-based champions anymore, and will have even harder time vs fighters with gap closers like jax and irelia. Nearsight is good on quinn and graves because they can disengage. Teemo would get popped and would easily die if he gets jumped on.
You can avoid Quinn blind by standing further behind minions, and Graves blind is pretty slow and easy to get out of.
I'm not saying remove anything from the way he has it, just ALSO make it where enemies can't see anything at all either on top of the way it is. This would make him more viable against mid laners so they can't just combo him and laugh as his dart is useless.
Teemo has a blind.
Quinn and Graves have a nearsight debuff.
Those are two different things.
