In both games I got an S-. I want to understand two things. First, how in the hell did I even get an A in the first game? Second, if the first game is an S-, why in the hell is the second game not an S?

Does this game actually factor in farm to that high of a degree? And do they not understand that a 20-1 game is totally deflated and ruined by things like this?

The real question is: does it even matter... (no, it doesn't matter at all).

Your second game's 6.6 cs/min is pretty bad tbh so that's why. KDA matters to a point then it stops Your first game you did good enough for s- but not enough for s.

These posts are the reason why Riot doesn't tell the criteria for S ranks.

Yes. And if you aren't, you are severely downplaying it's importance.

I think a lot of things factor into your grade. Farming seems to play a role (speaking as a support). I think kill participation plays a role too. Your first game, you make just under 40% kill participation, while you hit 67% in the latter.

I'd like to think "things that help you win" play a role, like objective damage, summoner spell use, CC score, and ward score, but I don't know for sure. What I do know is that they don't really release that info because it shouldn't be your focus to satisfy some equation in order to get that mythical S+ on your Urgot support; rather, it should always be on winning the game.
