Lagging Ranked

So i've been playing just fine on the non ranked games, however as soon as i enter ranked games the client "stalls" and my FPS goes super low and lags my game out, making it impossible to play the game without having major issues. I've reduced my graphics, i've even bumped my priority to the game, and stopped all other processes that could cause the game to lag. Please fix the issue. thank you.
