Petition to bring back team builder

Ok, so the new system is honestly really bad, it's great for ranked and blind pick, but a lot of people want to learn how to play a certain champion against other people. For example, i want to learn how to play nasus top lane. well, i have to hope i get top lane or i won't get to learn him, which means i have to choose a champion that I know how to play w/e lane I choose second. I don't think hardly anyone is happy with the new system. If we had a premade team then it might of been different because we have our set spots. but when you're doing solo que, then there is an issue with getting the spot you want.

It was fun while it lasted, but it's time to bring back team builder.

It would be amazing... At first I thought I could go without Team Builder. Boy was I wrong lol

The reason I loved it was because it took so much stress out of the champ select process, you could select someone, are guaranteed the lane and role you want, and you always met some of the friendliest people

New draft mode has actually increased wait times, and made it extremely difficult to get the champs/positions you want. I was more than happy to wait in team builder queues for the guarantee that I'd get the role or champ, and honestly 9 times out of 10, the waits weren't more than a few minutes. New system has it's place, I get it, but not at the expense of a more enjoyable teambuilder experience.

I agree with the part "bring back teambuilder".

Team builder was perfect for the times you knew exactly what champ and role you wanted to play, and didn't have to worry about anyone banning or picking a champ that has multiple roles.

Please bring it back.

I stopped playing when they took team builder away.

I'm waiting to play a ridiculously idiotic "blind draft" or something mode that I care nothing about. (I am giving it a chance, 1x every two or three weeks).

I want to pick a champ, pick a place (because I have to) and just play the game. I don't care about the stupid team strategy.

this change has me so beyond pissed off.

Had time to play a few games before class this morning. After multiple dodges and a thirty minute queue time later, i got into a game with a troll team. I thought this system was suppose to REDUCE queue times, not make the times longer because someones having a fit they cant play the champ they want.

I play jungle and support but with the new champ select/dynamic que all i play now is support.

I miss team builder so much.

New system is horrible. Wait time is forever.. Actually, all they did was remove Team builder, and add a fresh new skin for the stupid normal and ranked draft pick... There is absolutely 0% logic that they removed TB, but then again people.. Look at how balanced the game is..

I agree 100%. I love this game but I despise a pretty big portion of it's player base. The sad fact is many, many of them are extremely toxic. TB allowed me to avoid this almost entirely, and since it was shut down LOL has been a poor experience for me. I'd rather wait a little longer to enter a match knowing the chances of winding up with a bunch of flamers and trolls is being reduced to virtually nothing. Bring it back!!! We don't want to spend half our night arguing in champ select only to end with an bad team because 3 people asked for mid and refused to flex.

Seriously. Bring back team builder. I am frustrated nightly when all I want to do is play 1 game on the champion I want in the role I want. This almost always does not happen. I either a) get stuck in secondary role, b) get the role I want to have my champion banned, or 3) my champion gets picked by the enemy team. Then I am forced to either spend my limited time playing some crap I don't want to play or forced to dodge and waste my limited time waiting to try again. THIS IS SO %*#(@! ANNOYING! Stop taking away my fun and replacing it with frustration. The new queue is fine for those who want to play draft or ranked, but it is terrible for your casual gamer base. Not everyone enjoys draft. Stop arbitarily limiting my gameplay choices. BRING BACK TEAM BUILDER.

Agreed, mostly. The new draft pick is a sound system for it's purpose. Team builder has a different purpose. I used to be able to play two games of an evening, taking usually around 90-120 mins. That time has been easily pushed out to minimum 120 minutes, and last night I was on for 150 mins for two games. They were admittedly long games, but the champ select takes sooo long to get started typically because people don't pass the AFK check, and then someone forgets to lock in their pick and we have to do the whole thing over again!

Team builder avoided all these problems; it's only downside was that at times you would have the same champs selected on both teams but that was a small price to pay for a prompt start.

Bring back team builder. I has a purpose that draft pick doesn't meet!

Me and my friends almost only played Team Builder. Getting to play who you want, where you wanted was how things should be! Some people complain about the wait times, but what people fail to realize is that's okay. If you want to play mid Sona and you are willing to wait to get a team as that, then feel free! But it's not the same with the new draft. I like the new system, but Team Builder was a completely different queue that catered towards a large group of people who just wanted to play who they wanted for fun, or practice. So Riot, PLEASE bring it back. T__T <3

I have to agree, the new draft is good for ranked but team builder should be allowed for normals. This will keep people from playing new champs in ranked, and also wouldn't be so annoying (I always get my secondary role, instead of my primary.)

Im totally happy with the new system, iv been playing this game for a long time and this is on of the best things that happened to the game, finally i can truly main a role (jungle) and keep playing it 90% of my games, i queue Jungle/Mid and if buy chance i get mid most of the times my team will gladly trade it with other lanes.

I would be ok with the new champ select if we had a variant without banning. Imagine blind pick, but with having our roles preassigned. And get rid of the secondary role, because while I personally have no issue with getting either top of jungle, I know a lot of others who can't stand being forced into another role. The system is amazing for ranked, but atrocious for fun casual gaming. Not all of us are trying the become the next Faker.

I stopped playing after they gotbrid of team builder. I played one blind pick game after the update. It was a sh*t show and I haven't had the desire to play again. I'd love it if they brought team builder back. I'd start playing again

I think everyone wants team builder back. I think it would be really funny if someone started a club for it using the new club thing they have. Please post if you know anything about what riot response is to this.

The game was much more enjoyable with teambuilder. I just came back from a two month break, and as soon as I queued and saw the tomfoolery that is draft mode, I remembered why I took the break to begin with. Please for the love of god bring back teambuilder.

I like the new system, but when a new champion (like Jhin) comes out...either theyre perma banned, taken by the other team or most the game is dodged. In team builder you could at least play who you wanted to and where you wanted them...might have taken a while to get into a game, but the new system has just a long queue time when everyone dodges.

Also, if you don't give a crap about gameplay reasons. It hurts your bottom line because less people will buy new champs when they come out b/c they will be auto banned for at least a week.

I'm honestly in love with the new champ select and think its the best thing ive seen riot do in awhile because now its easier to get whatever team comps you want and I'm a jgl/top and don't really have a preference of one over the other...With that being said I think that it should stay in ranked games but I do also believe that they should have an option for a teambuilder que for people that want to learn a champ or are just in the mood for that champ because this isn't to friendly for that unless you have 2 different champs and roles that you want to learn and if your like me I only have enough time for 2-4 games a day and if I want to get reksai jgl down I don't have that option to just lock him in because of the possibility of getting put top

Dynamic is good, but because it's Draft in disguise, the champ I want to play can get banned/grabbed before I get to them. I consistently get the roles I ask for (as long as I don't want only my primary) but I have to give up on my champ sometimes. The only real way around it is premade 5's, which I know Rito loves to ~~force us into~~ give us incentive to set up.

I'm not a super competitive player. I like drafting sometimes, but most of the time I want to log in, pick a champion I want to play/learn, and just go. It really sucks to have to go into draft and hope the champ I want to play isn't banned or picked, or brave blind pick. ugh.

My playtime has significantly dropped since TB was removed, and will probably go away completely unless that changes. Which is a shame, because I really do like playing.

Edit: Just want to say, the new system is beautiful, and very well done. It's just not for everyone, and it took away a huge, likable aspect of the game: Playing whatever champ you wanted, when you wanted. Now, why would I buy a new champion knowing they're going to get banned, or picked before me, or I'm going to have to go to blind and have to worry about someone instalocking them or call that particular role before me?
