Tahm Kench 9.14 nerf is stupid.

So I was playing a kench game today as top, and was wondering why when i tongue lash i wasn't getting the fish icon. Looked at patch notes today and saw that it was removed in the PATCH! WHY!!!! If this is the case you need to remove all passives like this (kai'sai, braum, etc). This is not fair that his passive was nerfed to something that is unreasonable to him. his abilities were what allowed him to even get a good set up for his passive. Now he's complete trash.

I can understand that if I hit someone with Q it removes all stacks, it makes sense. same with kai'sai and Braum's passives. However all of their abilities place stacks on a person. This is just ridiculous and idiotic.
