@Riot, Nocturne is not an on-hit champ.
Stop trying to give him some weak ap ratio and turn him into one.

Well he kind of is. He is mainly auto based, gains bonus attack damage from his q trail and passive attack sped from his w. He doesn't have spell damage really except for his q, most of it comes from his passive and auto attacks. The ap ratio doesn't even give his passive more damage unfortunately, it only increases his healing. So basically at a 0.15 ratio it seems like it won't be beneficial at any stage of the game
Tank nocturne has got to be one of the most underrated things in this game.
