Need advice on Ranked play/Champions/Snapping a losing streak.

Ever have those days when you literally could not buy a win for a million dollars? Basically sums up my Friday. I took a break and walked away after three straight ranked losses and came back and managed to lose another in soul crushing fashion. I'm not blaming my teams because clearly they aren't at fault (except maybe the ignite corki jungle, he might have been less than helpful). Holy shit though I can not seem to pull my head out lately.

I started off my ranked season a couple of weeks ago in Silver 5. I have made a decent climb in the past couple weeks up to Silver 2 with 84 LP. Then I crashed and burned and about fell out of Silver 2 before I decided not to play ranked for a while. That being said I feel like I have been so Hot and Cold and looking for any General advice really.

I usually pick either Top or Jungle. My usual champs are as follows:

I have actually seen some insane success with Nocturne, until today I was 15 and 1 with him. Now I am 15 and 2. I'm not sure if anyone could give me any advice or tips on how to keep climbing or which champions I might want to look into or playstyle tips with current champs or any advice on being more consistent/snapping losing streaks.
