Now that a lot of mages have received what I perceive as overall buffs
can Lulu have 10% W and the +40 damage on Q and E back?
the 6 second E on enemies might be a bit of a stretch to ask for though

Meriipu1 votesit was an ability power scaling on Q not 40 damage on Q
in fact it was 80 damage on E (at level 5) that was the damage nerf
but really the nerfs have just been piled up with the occasional minibuff like tribute and manaregen (which almost everyone recevied)
