PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make an option to change ryze ult

It's very frustrating when you're ulting as Ryze, then try to move your camera to an area which you'd like to move towards only to have your entire camera shift to you. Very annoying and not how I'd like to play with ryze ult.

Has riot even considered making this an option? I know where im going to end up and I would just like to instantly flash and burst something right after ulting without having to wait for the camera to shift, move the camera towards a place and then executing my move.
