Its sad to see that lucian has the lowest winrate in all lanes he possesses, any idea of any upcoming changes, buffs or nerfs that may make Lucian somewhat better?
His low damage and low aa range and low impact and weak late game especially in a relic shield shield really grinds MY GEARS

When Riot nerfs ADCs all round Lucian will be strong again, simply due to the fact that he's such a good duelist ADC.
I believe Lucian has a buff in the works. Riot sees that he is currently better in a solo lane for the extra experience, so they are taking that info and making some changes that make him better in a lower experience environment. They didn't say what changes, only that these were their observations and that changes are on the way.
I'd rather not buff him at all. He was already seen at top as a counter to Gangplank in competitive scene, and who knows when's the time those dumb-ass LCS sheeps starts doing their "MF SUPPORT IS VIABLE CZ LCS DID IT" shenanigan.
And as a top main who likes playing champs like Sion, Maokai, Darius or anyone else who's melee, please don't make him even worse to lane against...
Lucian is a pimp. Like many champions he has a group of players that dominate with him, and then there is everybody else... who don't.
He is very play style dependant, as are many other champions. His numbers, skill set, and team synergy are perfectly fine, as such not in need of a buff. The fact that he is a champion who is play style selective, he will never be a "general play" Champion like many others who simply everyone can perfect with practice.
For example: No matter how buffed, nerfed, skill changed (his W), or anything RIOT has ever done with Ezreal has changed my ability to dominate with him consistently. While deemed utterly unviable, broken, ADC or APC... His play style is so in tune with how I play the game, and his basic kit has never changed... My play style drives my ability to play him, even if 90% of the game is complaining about him.
On the flip side I just can't play Darius like everyone seems to be able to.
