Its sad to see that lucian has the lowest winrate in all lanes he possesses, any idea of any upcoming changes, buffs or nerfs that may make Lucian somewhat better?
His low damage and low aa range and low impact and weak late game especially in a relic shield shield really grinds MY GEARS

Which won't actually "buff" him since every other ADC is better fundamentally following the rune update. Also Lucian doesn't really build crit. soooo...

And they will never ever put a meaningful nerf to an ADC anywhere on the patch notes, so for Luc do become strong he will get buffed... in the worst way possible I imagine.
I mean... just look at that Heimer nerf last patch... his damage on R turret got HALVED and now look at that Ezreal "nerf" he is getting... he has 20 less dmg on Q but it equals out on level 5

Vayne and Ez are far from fixed.
As for Lucian his kit isn't the issue here, it's how much the runes benefit other ADCs that aren't Lucian.

But you have to see that THEY don't know that or they don't want to know or they know but don't want to say that the rune update was bad for 50% of the roster.
They go and say "Lucian synergizes with PtA and Electrolute and still is bad... so it must be his kit!"

Riot sees that he is currently better in a solo lane for the extra experience, so they are taking that info and making some changes that make him better in a lower experience environment. They didn't say what changes, only that these were their observations and that changes are on the way.

And as a top main who likes playing champs like Sion, Maokai, Darius or anyone else who's melee, please don't make him even worse to lane against...

When are the low elo players that talk about "Oh I saw Lucian at the a hole in the ground i don't think he should be so he shouldn't be buffed because I'm not good at the game and yet I know everything"..... That is such a dumb argument. Matter of fact it's not a argument. Its jsut crying. He is weak. Period. he needs a buff. Period. Stop crying about you saw him this place and you don't know how to play against it so he shouldn't get buffed. Get good at the game.

That is still dumbest argument ever as well. Go to every state website. His win rate is bottom three in the entire game. If you go to lolalytics.com they even show you what even the best lucian players are doing and they aren't even winning with him which nearly every other champion in the game where the best would have a way better win rate than overall(unless its easy like ww most have a 5-7% better win rate than the overall win rate) and he just doesn't. This is fact not some dumb feeling of "Oh well he shouldn't work anywhere because i don't know how to play the game well or even against him" That's not even an argument or and an opinion its just asinine.
JustaNewb1 votesLucian is a pimp. Like many champions he has a group of players that dominate with him, and then there is everybody else... who don't.
He is very play style dependant, as are many other champions. His numbers, skill set, and team synergy are perfectly fine, as such not in need of a buff. The fact that he is a champion who is play style selective, he will never be a "general play" Champion like many others who simply everyone can perfect with practice.
For example: No matter how buffed, nerfed, skill changed (his W), or anything RIOT has ever done with Ezreal has changed my ability to dominate with him consistently. While deemed utterly unviable, broken, ADC or APC... His play style is so in tune with how I play the game, and his basic kit has never changed... My play style drives my ability to play him, even if 90% of the game is complaining about him.
On the flip side I just can't play Darius like everyone seems to be able to.
