Attack move click

I play adc and jungle and I use attack move click with the left mouse button. I was wondering if any players who play adc would be able to help me with a better bind than that to make it easier to switch between adc and jungle. I have been editing the game files every time I have to play adc and it is getting kind of old. If anyone has any insight as to a better key bind I would appreciate it.
