@Riot - Can we please stop ignoring Olaf and finally help him out?

As you may or may not know, Olaf isn't in such a good spot right now. Riot purposely keeps him weak. There we're multiple threads about Olaf a while ago, and Riot hasn't done anything except for the tiny buffs which are so unnoticeable. The rework that tried to fix him destroyed him, leaving him in his own tier, Olaf. The rework was worse than Skarner's rework.

Please rito, fix this champion.
