OK, so I'm guessing you're talking about a bot lane that just intentionally fed or was destroyed 2v2. If that's the case, then on the enemy team, there's a bot lane that's getting equally fed. On average, you should be on each side of that divide 50% of the time. It's up to you as a jungler or top laner to make sure you win your own lane/snowball another in as many of those games as possible to tilt the balance away from 50/50. Just because you're not "losing" your lane does not mean you're having a positive impact on the game. You could be 0/3, but have completely snowballed your mid or bot to the point that their towers are gone.
All I'm suggesting, you insufferably obstinate buttmunch, is that while some games are unwinnable (being down 40 kills with a team that can't effectively waveclear against regular supers, let alone baron empowered minions), most are not, and you can make smart decisions that apply pressure to the map elsewhere so your losing lanes aren't hit as hard.
Enemy jungler shows bot and they can't fight back? Pressure top, steal his jungle farm, take a tower, or just secure an objective like rift herald for your top or mid laner.
Enemy jungler top, and you're already bot side? Dragon, gank bot to provide them with a chance to come back into the game (if they're not 0/7 by the time you get there).
There are options. Whether you choose to take them or not is up to you.
