Ultimate comes into play it just reverses, which magically i wasted my skills on. So can they nerf ekko ultimate 2 only affect his life not his allies too.

Darius has his own self-heal based on 12% of his missing health per enemy champion struck by his Q blade, up to a max of 36% if he hits 3 champions with it.

Not to mention it seems like ult can backfire our damage output back @ us, which is why we are 1hit killed everytime.

You say you've seen this, and yet we have no reason to believe you because (a) we have never seen this in our games involving Ekko, and (b) you have not provided any evidence, only personal anecdotes.
Swollwonder4 votesIllioa has a heal just fyi. Also if ekko killed someone with his ult than the mastery "a dangerous game" could have come into play which heals people when enemies are killed.
But ekkos ult DOES NOT heal people directly. You can read the tool top. It doesn't.

Yet I've been working this whole time, so if & both use their ult at the same exact time than it makes sense how did not die because passive absorbs damage heal herself & others. Yet i was always attacking (during ult so those 4secs could've save her life) & the rest my team focus was very sad.

Age has nothing to do with it. You are making claims that, according to the system, are now how the game works, and you are making them without any proof. The system follows its rules until you prove it otherwise. And the reason I said "explain what happened" is because the rules to the game are a bit more complex than the average person would believe.

Illaoi's kit also has self-healing. You really should learn how these champions function before complaining about something completely unrelated.
Illaoi heals herself for 5% of her missing HP for every champion struck by a tentacle. If she has enough tentacles and targets in a small area, she can and will be self-healing for 20-30% of her missing HP every couple of seconds.

Again, this is a case of you not learning how a champion's kit functions. I will elaborate, even though I already gave you a link that tells you exactly how it works.
Ekko's ultimate leaves a time-displaced projection of himself that lags 4 seconds behind him. He and his team can see it at any time, while you can only see it when you can also see Ekko himself. When he activates his ultimate, he will (1) become untargetable (like Fizz, Zed or Vladimir) for about half a second, then (2) appear at the location of his projection, dealing burst damage around himself, and (3) heal himself for a flat amount, plus a percentage of damage he has taken within the last 4 seconds.
