Finding my place in league?
Hey guys
I'm posting because I'm unsure of what to do. I enjoy league a lot, I love playing and watching it. The characters are awesome and a lot of the community is great.
My issue is i'm not sure what my role and style is in league. I've played most of the champions and find some fun and others boring. I've tried most roles for a decent amount of time(except jungle, I hate having timers and getting so much flak for not obeying lanes every wish) I have fun playing the different jobs and then get a streak of bad games(some my fault some not) then switch roles.
I want to play ranked and climb, but switching roles and champs constantly isn't good. I don't learn all the match ups or champion mechanics, therefore not playing the way I should. So I feel I shouldn't play ranked again until I learn the role or champion I choose.
It's kinda a bad cycle of finding new things to play then learning and trying again.
I know I like to not feel useless and enjoy helping my team. I like to farm and tend to do it fairly well compared to the rest of the team. I like to get kills, who doesn't though? I tend to not be super aggressive unless I know I will get a kill. I like to generally poke down be for I engage. I Don't want to learn something just because it is the current OP and in fact like playing slightly off meta.
My op.gg is https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Trogmar Any advice I could get to help me find what I should do in league would be appreciated. I know it's an odd thing to ask, but I've been in this game for a while and I feel like I need a hand.
or
and definitely
are capable of this.
and maaaaybe the new
.
He focuses on farm, but can go for kills of he sees an opportunity. Pokes his laners down with Qs and barrels. Assists his teammates with R. Is not op. He's also high skill cap so learning and practicing him will give you great rewards later on, on top of being fun to play. He is a little farm heavy so that could be a problem. Yeah you can also play him mid to complement some of the mages that people are recommending, they seem like good choices too.
Sincerely, a bias gp main.
