How to escape elo hell?
I went from silver 2 to silver 4 in a day. because of enemy premades.

Elo hell is a mindset, not a location in the ranked ladder. Let go of your focus on team members and pay attention only to what you can do to improve.
There will always be games you can't win, and games you can't lose. Those don't matter. Make sure you are ready to turn every single close game in your teams favor, otherwise you're not doing your job well enough to climb.
Elo hell isn't about how bad your allies are, or how good the enemy is, it's about you focusing on the wrong thing. Once you innately focus on what actually matters you will have escaped elo hell.
"because of enemy premades" wrong answer.
Tilt happens, stop blamming your team and refocus. Stop playing once you lose a couple games in a row and take a break. Figure out what common mistakes you are making and try to improve them. Try you hardest to win each game and forget there is such a thing as /surrender. If done correctly you will be back to silver 2 and potentially reach gold or higher.
Or keep playing the way you are, keep blaming your team, don't try to improve, and watch as your rank stays the same or drops.
The choice is yours my friend. Good luck :)
Theres a fantastic number of elo boosters in ELO hell so it makes it quite hard. There was a bronze IV ekko yesterday in my girlfriends match who played like at least a Plat.
If you get lucky to have no boosters or scripters in your games, the best way is to keep your gold higher than everyone elses. This is easiest to do as JG because you have little poke/counter play from enemy Jungle.
Picking counters is also important. They say dont worry about picking counter play but its simply not true. Dont chose champions into someone else who counters you. Yesterday we had a riven chose riven
after enemy Darius locked in.

Ive seen people take something stupid like
into

When you get these people you DO NOT want to gank their lane and camp them because even if you help them kill the opponent you do nothing for them since they will lose anyway. Try to snowball winning lanes and request your winning lane remain in their lane for the most part and keep pushing.
Focus objectives. I honestly believe the first 1 or 2 drags arent as important as towers.
