AFK's in Ranked Games

Why doesn't Riot recognize AFK's in Ranked Games, and then have us not lose LP when we lose because of that?

Because if someone is losing they could just "afk" and get out on losing LP.

It would only recognize AFK's that have been AFK since the start of the game, and never moved.
