Vote to Kick System in Ranked

Player 1 choses Jinx Marksman Player 2 choses Talon Mid Player 3 Choses Gnar Top Player 4 Choses Lee Sin Jungle Player 5 says "Not going Bot" then locks in Riven.

I want to be able to vote to kick him so I don't have to dodge, lose LP, then wait 5 minutes before I can queue again.

This literally just happened to me, and I'm trying to climb, so I dodged.

They've made a new champion select to fix those situations, basically draft teambuilder. It'll be released in the upcoming months.
