Spinning Axe Changes
The main issues with him at the moment are as followed:
- His early game strength is overbearing, rendering his incredible snowball potential less a matter of if and more a matter of when.
- His drain-tanking through the use of Death's Dance all but removes one of his intended weaknesses, which is his lack of durability.
As a result, I propose these changes:
Damage changed from 30/35/40/45/50 + (65/75/85/95/105% Bonus AD) to 20/25/30/35/40 + (50/55/60/65/70% Bonus AD).
New Effect: Striking a target with a Spinning Axe causes them to bleed for an additional 6/8/12/16/20 + (15/20/25/30/35% Bonus AD) physical damage over four seconds. Successive applications will carry over any remaining damage.
By changing a significant portion of Spinning Axe's total damage to a damage over time effect, Draven's drain-tanking will be significantly hampered. Furthermore, his victims will have more time to react to and mitigate his sheer damage output.
This also reinforces Draven's high skill cap, as he will have to decide whether or not the bleed effect will be enough to finish of his target.
