To Those Who Think Ahri's Gameplay is "Broken"
In response to all of the people that think Ahri has "broken gameplay," like the one from a recent thread that got somewhat popular:
If you're an Ahri main or you play her a decent amount, then you can carry on and ignore this. However, if you don't, continue reading.
- Ahri has some of the highest mana costs of all mid laners. Her Orb of Deception, her main tool for harassing, poking, and farming costs up to 85 mana, and her Charm also costs 85. You can't really go in for anything more than a minuscule skirmish before you get a mana increasing item, like a
or a
. - Her AP scaling isn't that high. Her Orb of Deception only has a 35% AP scaling, and the rest of her spells don't do too much more.
Now, next time you go into a game against an Ahri, at least be aware of these things to use them to your advantage. I'd just like to state some facts that would make Ahri seem less "broken," and more fun for you to play with and against, for a stronger understanding of the champion. Thank you!
