Tournament Draft Mode and All Champions for Ranked in Season 10

Could this be implemented?

Why? Because it emulates Pro play and gives each team equal opportunity going into the draft.

It kind of sucks when you and the enemy team ban the same champion. What a waste.

It also sucks when you're watching Pro play and can see the strategy behind counter picking and building a good team comp but without players having ALL champions it makes this nearly impossible to do.

I understand that it would probably mean less RP spent on champion purchases but I believe it would create a healthier atmosphere in Ranked and give a real sense of how the game is meant to be played.
