It's always had that range.
No, that's accurate. It reaches that far that side. The circle goes across the front and round and is a circle, not an oval.
yeah the range on that thing from the side angles is a bit of a mindfuck.
It's the correct range, it just looks weird because you're not on the platform.
Nothing remotely crazy about it, though.
