It is curious mid has always been the most popular role. The popularity issue will only be exacerbated with nerfing jg and support two of the less popular roles already

Since the jungle XP is nerfed it's very unlikely.

That would end up making games have 3 people who are level 10 at a certain point and the 2 junglers being like level 4 with the jungle XP nerfs. If 2 junglers get outleveled by laners now, imagine 4 of them trying to share nerfed jungle xp

I think we'll see a lot of Dual spellthief lanes, the AD and AP options

Splitting jungle exp would be much worse than splitting lane exp.

We will see bot lane feeding even more because they're going to be behind in levels more than they're now.

I wouldn't mind seeing tanks mid with Smite instead either. Grabbing their own blues and out-leveling everyone would be pretty sweet, not to mention objective control. Tanks might even be tanky!
