toxic city

Had a Trundle on my team who was the biggest jerk I have met on this game BY FAR.

He seemed to be pretty nice in champion select, Level 7 Trundle, here are the highlights of the game, where he was a complete tool. I didn't think to screenshot in-game or even request a report from the enemy team, which I regret a lot. Also, I was in my Silver III promos, so I'm really angry right now.

[1] Trundle wins a lane 1v1. I was farming top scuttle, so I decide to help push the wave (already near enemy tower, no problem)... when Trundle says... "gtfo" Now this was a bit light compared to the rest of the game, but still, pretty dick-headish considering we could get 2 platings out of the turret, and I was just going to farm the ranged creeps.

[2] This is about close to mid-game, I've just completed a dragon (Cloud) after a successful double kill bot, which ALSO transitioned into a tower. Trundle was split-pushing top, and went as far as getting the inhibitor to 25% health. Me - "nice pushing Trundle" | Him - "Wish I had something good to say about you". Now I think I just did some good objective work as well, but that's besides the fact that you could've just left it alone, or ACKNOWLEDGED that I've done somethings around the map as well. Just unnecessary meanness.

Sidenote: It's at this point I mute Trundle so I won't want to focus on arguing with him, but there's this thing I do where I decide to un-mute my mutes because I think they have chilled. Pretty big mistake in this case.

[3] Late game, Trundle is constantly split-pushing and we are getting vision and even secured a dragon (which he was telling us to do, not that I needed that instruction). Trundle was bugging us about baron being up and how we should get out of bot in order to get it (made no sense, all of them were alive we would have no one to tank it, and they weren't even going after him before). We didn't do it, so then he slightly gives up. "fine; you want to lose; i'm chill with that" First of all we can't even GET baron, secondly we are WINNING IN EVERY ASPECT. We have more turrets, more dragons, vision in the jungle, we even have an inhibitor, but then he starts ranting about how he doesn't care about losing, if his team doesn't have basic knowledge of the game.

[4] A lost baron FIGHT, then a lost baron. Malphite and Ahri push down bot, I obviously can't do anything about that, and we lose. Obviously Trundle is flaming us because other team wasn't defending with me, but hold on a damn second. You were just ranting about how you didn't care about losing, then all of a sudden you are going to flame and fault us for losing the game when we "could've easily won". WHY DO YOU CARE? As the nexus is exploding enemy team is exchanging GGs, and obviously we are fighting with each other. Right before the chat disappears and DEFEAT pops up on the screen, I catch a sneaky little "kill your self" from Trundle.

And that was my experience. Again, I truly regret not asking the enemy team to report Trundle, because he is probably out ruining someone else's day in ranked. Not sure if this is the right place I can ask, but if a Rioter happens to read this, I would implore you to ban this player. I'm truly annoyed from it, I know some of my team is annoyed from it, and he just adds to the toxic part of the community that makes me want to stop playing the game. Thanks for reading.

...almost forgot Trundle's last message to me in post game screen. https://imgur.com/a/DxBfKls

I think I made a similar post in season 7. Now in season 9 I have seen this so many times it’s just become part of the game. I am not saying it’s right just over time I have just learned to brush games like this off. These people get joy out of making you upset. You can’t let that happen or they win.
