Vote kick system or something.

I am so tired of playing with stupid people. I played 3 games and all three have someone who leaves, or wwas 30 seconds late as JG and decides to just intentionally feed and tell them which lane he is coming up. Why cant Riot make a vote kick system for the first 5 mins of gameplay, that replaces them with someone from Q. Give the person in Q the option to wait for a new game or take a spot. Give him the same gold for that time of game, and same level average as everyone else, and be done with it. Something has to be done. This is ridiculous, and as someone who really can only play on weekends due to real life responsibility, having that many more morons and scrubs playing just makes the game almost unplayable. I get a good game maybe once a weekend. There is no punishment, I see the same people doing the same stuff, and flaming, trolling, whining, reports dont really do anything or people wouldnt be doing this type of thing. Plus they just make a new account, they dont care. Give us some option to get these idiots out of the game early and replace them so we can attempt to salvage the game rather then waste 30-60 mins!
