Invade and counter jungle her with a strong early Jungler like Lee, Zix etc. She has a really weak clear early and if you put her behind she will stay behind for a while.

Pink wards and hug your carries, its really about not letting her get the free picks. When waves ball up have your toplaner with TP go clear them and make sure your ADC/APC stay with the team
