Normal Win Rates

So I started a new account and have been working my way through normals, and I kid you not, my last five games have seen at least one person feed and leave. I'm not here to qq about it, I simply have questions. Since 3v5 games are (for the most part) unwinnable, to all but hilariously skilled or fed players, my win rate is slowly and steadily dropping. This is recorded as an overall statistic on every Summoner Tracking site (na.op, lolking, lolnexus, etc.) I started this account to do better than my old with a fresh start. However, it's more of the same, so my question is: will my win rate, as awful as it may become by the time I hit lvl 30, affect my placement matches or the results thereof in ANY way?
