Qualitee of Life: Target enemies only

What I really would like is a button that makes your targeted spells only target enemies. Too many times I have these silly moments where an enemy and allied champion is standing on top of eachother and targeting the enemy is pretty much a 50/50

I mean there already is a "only target champions"-button
