I know that literally everyone hates laneing against this little snausage, and his targeted, never miss blind is a big part of the reason.
Teemo is currently the most annoying and skill-less champ in the game, And it's ridiculous how many opponents his kit shuts down.
This would be a fair nerf and would make Teemo a little less annoying and a little more challenging.

Wolfram Oxford1 votesEver think of using champions based on your opponents, btw if riot did make it a skill shot like ryze q, they would buff the range for balance purposes and then...teemo would be even worse, he'd be viable mid and you'd just have to build spell hit teemo. But really I think this might be cool, a ludens echo, liandries, maybe hextech build...
