So that fucks his stickiness in teamfights, that's a huge random buff to counterstrike lvl 1 and middle finger to the rare people that max counterstrike second (or the crazy people that max it first I guess) The R changes remove his ability to prepare himself on minions before allinning or trading. The w changes are anti-qol for lane trading and prone all inning. It kinda adds a ireliaesque pattern of I q a dying minion next to you but that's kinda situational af and outright weird.

I like thinking about ways to make Jax's gameplay less stat-check-you-and-Jax-wins-or-loses, but at the very least the numbers need to be changed here.

Jax hits level 6. He begins casting E and Qs a dying minion near you, killing it and then he autos you. He Ws you. His E finishes. He autos you. That's 300 additional damage in a little over a second. This kit as described essentially gives Jax more bursty damage where he repeatedly pokes you with this combo until you are forced away or die and then destroys his sustained damage. He's going to want Titanic Hydra first more than ever to make this burst combo faster. It seems like this would basically lock his playstyle into one-shotting people more than intelligently fighting them.

There's also the side effect of the description of the Q passive that Jax can auto two minions to get his Q back up. (I don't think this was what you intended. I think you meant that when Leap Strike kill a unit, 50% of the cooldown of Leap Strike is refunded.) Pretty sure Jax running you down more easily than Yasuo if your minion wave is near you was not an intended consequence.
