Why doesn't Tahm Kench's passive show the remaining time on the stacks?

As far as I'm aware every ever debuff in the game shows how much time is left on them so why not his passive?

I think it's because they go away one at a time, but they don't start to go away until a specific time has passed. What would the timer say? Would it say the time until they are all gone, or just the first/next one? From a coding perspective, I feel like he actually applies two different debuffs with separate timers, one of which counts the stacks and the other how much time until the stacks begin to decay.

It'd still be nice to know how long until they start fading.

Other debuffs show the time remaining on your debuff bar, as does Tahm's passive.

No it doesn't.
