Lag Problems Becoming More Prevalent

Recently, I have noticed lag occurring more frequently than it has in the past. I have noticed that my ping will go from 23ms and jump to 800s ms or when it was REALLY bad it even went to 15000+ ms (NO JOKE). I have also noticed that sometimes a lag issues occurs and the ping doesn't even change at all, but my player and the people on the screen are still not moving. Is this something more people are experiencing since the release of patch 6.14?

You can't, its not your fault, its Riot with your ISP issue.
