Is there anyway 
can get some visual update loving? He does not need a complete overhaul, but I do feel that his outstretched arms make him look a little to postured. If he does get an update, maybe he could look even more "timey" somehow.
considering how i only play bloodmoon zilean .... i feel his default skin , looks like a busted melted plastic toy <_<

I wish they would fix the Cast range on E. I cant ever cast it on someone in the outermost part of the circle even when they are still within it. He always has to walk closer to them
Riot don't do 'stand-alone' VUs anymore like they used to with champs like Annie, Heimerdinger or Karthus.
It's either VGUs or Roster Updates (which are gameplay-focused for the most part), in order to use resources (like art, designers and even time) more efficiently.
So he'd have to get a full VGU (In another words, yes, an "overhaul").
